1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hjzy ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses hjzy services ("User", "you"). The following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — refers to hjzy's website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal profile created by a user upon registration.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional benefit or additional funds provided by hjzy.
• "Turnover Requirement" — refers to the betting amount required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — refers to all gaming and betting activities available on hjzy, including cricket, football, slots and live casino.

hjzy reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on hjzy:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.
• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.

hjzy may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) where necessary. Failure to provide those documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Users must notify hjzy immediately if their information changes.

2.1 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (password, OTP) secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact hjzy support immediately. hjzy will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hjzy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The key terms are listed below:

3.1 Special Deposit Terms

Users must deposit using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account registered in their own name. Deposits from another person's account are not accepted and the deposited amount may be returned in such cases. Providing the correct reference number at the time of transaction is mandatory.

3.2 Special Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. However, this time may increase due to technical or banking complications. Any active turnover requirements related to a bonus must be fulfilled before withdrawing.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hjzy provides users with various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the total amount of the initial deposit plus bonus funds must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement 25x).
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Transferring funds to another user using bonus funds is not possible.
• hjzy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If abuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is suspected, hjzy may suspend withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

4.1 VIP Program

hjzy has three VIP tiers. Users are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular betting activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP benefits are provided at hjzy's discretion. There is no automatic guarantee; hjzy may modify the VIP program at any time.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hjzy platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Attempting to exploit loopholes in the bonus system to generate profit (bonus abuse).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Any attempt to damage hjzy's systems or network.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.

6 Betting Rules

hjzy offers betting on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi, as well as participation in multiple gaming categories including slots and live casino.

• Each betting category may have its own rules, which will be detailed on the relevant page.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• hjzy reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, hjzy will process a refund or reassessment in accordance with standard rules.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, hjzy may investigate and suspend payment.

6.1 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be placed at the new odds or will be considered void. Please refer to the terms for each event for more details.

7 Responsible Gaming

hjzy believes in responsible gaming and is committed to helping users develop healthy gaming habits. We provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion Break: It is possible to temporarily deactivate an account for a specified period when needed.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If someone feels that sports betting is having a negative impact on their life, they may permanently close their account.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications inform users about the duration of their session after a set period of time.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hjzy platform — logos, designs, text, images, software code and databases — is the exclusive property of hjzy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using hjzy's logos, trademarks or brand elements without permission.
• Copying, reproducing or distributing any content from the platform.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling hjzy's software.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hjzy will not be liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or errors related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user failed to keep their login credentials secure.
• Indirect losses arising from the temporary unavailability of gaming services on the platform.

hjzy always strives to protect user data through SSL encryption and modern security measures.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

hjzy may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.

Upon account closure, any balance that meets the applicable conditions will be returned to the user, however bonus funds will be considered void.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

• User information is not sold to third parties.
• Payment information is protected by SSL encryption.
• User browsing data may be used to improve services.

12 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a complaint or dispute, users should first contact hjzy's customer service team. Our support team is available in Bengali 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat.

After a complaint is submitted, hjzy will investigate within a reasonable time and attempt to reach a resolution. All disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between hjzy and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understanding. Any delay or waiver by hjzy in enforcing a term will not be deemed a waiver of that term.
